Karen has served as President of the Florida Association of Counties and President of Florida Regional Planning Council Association. She currently serves on the Boards of Jupiter Maltz Theater, Loggerhead Marine Life Center, Abacoa POA, Friends of MacArthur Park, the Everglades Law Center, and Roger Dean Stadium Advisory Board. She also co-founded and serves as President of Sustainable Palm Beach County.
